I was losing 7-8 pounds a month on Mounjaro and had to switch to compound tirz (due to cost) and now I'm losing around 3 pounds a month. I'm getting my compound from Willow Pharmacy, which I think is kind of popular. Is it just me or is the compound tirz not as effective as name brand?

I think it could definitely be impacting you differently than before. Maybe try a different provider and see if anything changes?
